I deleted the available network folders by default

If this has been covered, I can not find, so apologies. I have deleted my default available network folders, but I don't know how to restore it. I hit the reset, but it is still gone. Can someone tell me please in the right direction to restore? Thank you very much.

Well, I thought I did.

I did another hard reset. Redid all my settings, that I rescued him, re - insert the USB key, and it is now on the network. I don't know what it was. But all is well with the network now. Thanks for all the help.

I checked the forums and they tell everyone to go to Device Manager and uninstall something, then restart your computer.  When I go there my options for uninstall are Intel Pro/100 VE Network Connection and network controller that has a yellow circle with and exclamation mark inside. • virtual network card to the physical network mapping and default loadbalancing

What Virtual Machine virtual network card is map physical NIC.

    For example.

lets assume Vswitch1 on host1 esx dedicated for the network of the virtual machine (port group) and it has 6 cards network linked to it (vmnic1, vmnic2, vmnic0, vmnic3)

Load policy (default) Balancing - from the originating virtual port (it balances only outbound traffic through all the nic assigned to vswitch1 right?)

    ESXi host1 <-Vswitch1 (the VM network) <---(vmnic 0-vmnic 3)

Lets assume that esxi hosting 6 virtual machines and each virtual machine has two network cards configured.  Through some documents, come out of that when the virtual machine is running, it gets connected to the ports of availabe on virtual swicth. say, I turn on the virtual machine in the order VM1, VM2... VM6.

Vmname virtual adapter port on virtual switch1 Mapping of the physical network adapter

    VM1 eth0, eth1 1.2 which mappeed of the physical NIC to eth0, eth1?

    VM2            eth0,eth1                              3,4                                      ?

    VM3            eth0,eth1                              5,6                                      ?

    VM4            eth0,eth1                              7,8                                      ?

    VM5            eth0,eth1                              9,10                                    ?

    VM6            eth0,eth1                              11,12                                  ?

Since we use load balancing based on the virtual port, can two virtual map of the same virtual machine are mapped to the two physical NETWORK card I want say eth0 VM1 is mapped to the (physical nic) VMNIC0, VM1 eth1 get connected VMNIC1 (physical nic).

It would be great if you could explain how the virtual network adapters are mapped to the physical NIC Y at - it a command or a script to the list NIC(of all vms hosted on esxi) virtual NETWORK adapter mappings physical in detail.

Is there a way to know what virtual NIC to connect to which physical NIC

With the virtual NETWORK adapter, you hear the virtual card inside the VM? If if and when you use several VMNIC like you, there is no visibility in vCenter (usually vSwitches, we see with Distributed vSwitches).

However, you can use the command-line ESXTOP tool in the view 'n', for the connection between the virtual machines and the outgoing vmnic.

  • WLC 5 GHz active SSID not visible in the available networks

We use WLC 2504 with 2 AIR-CAP2702I-D-K9Access Points. I am facing a problem of slow performance with customers active wifi (Macbook Pro). As all the clients that we use are computers laptops Macbook Pro who takes supported 802.11ac, I created a new WLAN (SSID) with Radio 802 11 a only to force all laptops to use the 5 Ghz band to check that it makes the difference. The SSID is not visible as a network available on the client if the radio SSID is set to "802. 11 a only"if it is marked to broadcast the ssid. '802.11ac' is also enabled in the network "802.11a/n/ac" categories of wireless.

That means my Access Points do not support the 802.11ac?

Yes, the Country is set to US which is not correct, Does it make any difference?
As Leo does, that's the problem. Configure the appropriate country code where this access point works (appropriately by the detail of the AP, India). • Network Wi - Fi has disappeared from the list of available networks

My network name has disappeared from my list of available networks and all 7 of my wireless devices decreased by connectivity.  When I plug in the router, the computer searches the available networks and the indicator light on the Ethernet cable is green, which indicates a good connection, I.  When I click on the connection status icon in the menu bar it says I am connected to my network, but I have "no Internet access.  Simply unplug the router or on the button reset gave no positive results. In addition, my computer is several security updates, for Windows and my package of Microsoft Office when he lost of connectivity, which may or may not have something to do with my connectivity problems, I don't know.  Is someone can please help me diagnose this connectivity problem?  Also, I have a Linksys WRT54G Router model # v8.

In addition to everything above, I notice an unsecured network called "Linksys" keeps coming back when I plug in my router and canning when I disconnect it in the process of disappearance.  Linksys is NOT the name of my network.  This seems awfully curious, why what is happening?

  • DELETE THE GAMES ADD AND REMOVE _

Im trying to remove some games add and remove prog but when you click on delete, nothing happens, I want to put on an external hardrive to make room on my laptop, can someone help me with this?

    Hello

Some programs are not designed to installation of Microsoft standards, and have their own installation/uninstallation program. They have just added a line to register to make is appear in the menu of programs and features.
You might look into the menu all programs for the game that you want to move and see if there is an option to uninstall it it.

If the game has used the Windows Installer Setup program, you can use the Windows Installer Cleanup utility to remove registry items 'more', but you still need to delete the files and folders of programs. You can then reinstall. This may not be the cleanest solution however... depending on how well the developer has created the installation routine. The re - install the game should clean up some things.

Download the W I Cleanup utility: read the article, although it is ex officio, it relates to most of the other programs as well.

  • Cannot delete the folder / tried various diets of 'ownership '.

There is a kind of corrupted file chrome left Google in program files after that I uninstalled chrome via "Win 7 programs and features. This file won't let me reinstall chrome. This has happened after cleaning by CCleaner. Size of the file is listed as 0 bytes.

Chrome is currently uninstalled. I can't delete the folder "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Google ' use one of the following plans:

    1. 'Ownership' context menu hack registration (works but no difference in deletability)
    2. Hidden administrator account (said again: access is denied when trying to remove it)
    3. Uncheck the 'read only' box in the properties of the folder (access denied)
    4. Properties-> Security-> Edit-> any changes to permissions (access denied)
    5. Properties-> Security-> Advanced-> Change the owner myself (supposedly it worked, but still can't remove)

There must be some deeper meaning to delete stuff than simplistic solutions, I can find online.

    Thank you.

If you need to delete the files or folders in a system directory, then you must first turn off UAC.

Alternatively, if you are familiar with the controls of the console, you can remove them under an elevated command prompt.

  • Why Windows 7 keep forgetting that I deleted the resurrection and my new WiFi password?

I just changed my internet provider and they gave us a new WiFi router.

I tell my Windows 7 computer to connect to the new network and do not forget the password for it, I also deleted the old network.
Now I am pulling my hair because for some reason any Windows decides to forget that I told it to remember the password, and after having restarted my computer, I have to connect and manually enter the password again. Moreover, the former network that I deleted keeps reappearing! I tried implementing a new network manually through "Set up a connection" but it does not work.
I will do this every time I start the crazy machine. Can anyone help?

    Hello

    1. What is the brand and model of the computer?

    2. do you have the updated network adapter drivers?

    Method 1:

You can use the available network utilities and check. It can also help you solve some problems

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/open-networking-troubleshooters

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/using-the-network-troubleshooter-in-Windows-7

    Method 2:

You can follow the steps below to check the NIC in Device Manager. I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the NIC drivers and check:

    a. click Startand then click Control Panel.

    b. click system and Maintenance, click Systemand then click on Device Manager.
Note If Control Panel is in Classic view, double-click System, and then click Device Manager.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click allow.

    c. in the NIC, expand adapter, right click on the devices listed and then click Uninstall.
Check if you have any exclamation point beside the devices listed. If you have, then there is problem with the card is installed.

    d. When you are prompted to confirm that you want to remove the device, click OK.

    e. start the computer.

After the computer restarts, the drivers will be installed automatically. Check after this procedure if you are able to get access to the network.

You can also check the driver through windows updates updates. Check out the link for additional assistance mentioned in the update drivers below:
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/update-a-driver-for-hardware-that-isn ' t-work correctly

    Method 3:

You can also temporarily disable the security software and check.

    Reference:

    Disable the anti-virus software
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/disable-antivirus-software

    Firewall: Frequently asked questions
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/firewall-frequently-asked-questions

    Caution:
Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

    I hope this helps.

  • Choose the right network card

I have 2 Windows Server 2008 R2 based VMs hosted by VMware ESXi 5.0 hosts and managed by vShpere 5.0.

Virtual machines act as an application server and a server terminal server.

Users report poor network performance and network errors sometimes in the connection between 2 virtual machines.

The two virtual machines are configured to use virtual network E1000 cards.

It is advisable to change the types of VMXNET 2 or 3 VMXNET virtual network adapter?

Should expect better performance and less network error?

I don't see no possibility to change the type of network adapter, what is the best procedure to change the type of network adapter? Should I add a new network adapter, change the address of the existing one, configure the new with the old network adapter IP address and delete the old network card or is there a procedure better?

    Concerning

    Marius

    I did this several times.

    1. Add ethernet adapter type: VMXNET 3
    2. Now you have two network cards
    3. log on to the operating system invited
      1. Configure the IP address of the new card with the old IP address, will NOT APPLY the changes...

        1. go to vSphere Client
        2. Change the settings of the virtual machine
        3. Select the old network adapter and
          1. Uncheck the box 'connected' and the boxes ' to connect to the power supply on "under"device status ".
          2. Click OK.
        4. back to the BONE
          1. then click OK to apply the new IP address to the new network adapter.  You'll have to itself a warning saying about duplicate of IP and you asking to fix it.  Click Cancel.
    4. go back to change the settings of the virtual machine in vSphere Client
      1. and remove the old network card
    5. fact!
