  your version 3/04 (cs) seems correct, but it is version 8.  I'm not sure what you were doing in 12/04, but there were updates for version 8 (cs) available.  No however called version 6.

  in any case, this version (cs or 8) is so old I don't think not that it is officially available anywhere.  prodesigntools.com site is the place to go - to for non-current versions of adobe software, but I don't think they have anything prior to cs3.

  Adobe.com a cs2 versions available, but they are for buyers of cs2 (version 9).  I'm not sure that you are allowed to use this version.

  Your email provider their name server and affects ports. They can provide this info.
  Although if Thunderbird OK send that info should be on the SMTP configuration page.
