  Your creative cloud login is the email address with which you are registered with adobe. I see that there is a subscription to creative cloud associated with this profile.

  The problem was that my user ID and the original password was different from my new connection with Adobe.  The e-mail address has been quite obsolete and is no longer, I did use.  Therefore, the staff helped me transfer my serial numbers for Dreamweaver CS5, and Acrobat 9 Pro for my new user while the new password will continue to be used.  When you perform a stand-alone installation, the password can be ignored.  Problem solved.  Blessings and everything good. -Byron S.
