  • Windows: You can locate the file OPM.db in the \Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder.  To show the hidden AppData folder, see display files, folders, file name extensions. Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7.

  If this is the case, this isn't an obligation to subscribe to the CC, but just a completely - a free Adobe ID, email and a password which can identify you.

  I'll try from Firefox Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode. If you do not have the issue so that all your modules, extensions, and themes are disabled, you can try adding them in one by one until you find the culprit. You should look at the guide to troubleshooting Extensions and themes and article troubleshooting issues with plugins like Flash or Java to solve common Firefox problems as well.

  And as mentioned earlier in the posts sound, Lightroom 6 is only good and works on 64-bit platform.

  Last version supported on 32-bit platform was 5 Lightroom.

  For this purpose, you check with your factory system if you change the operating system to 64-bit Version.
