  I have a Dell Inspiron E1505 laptop running Windows XP Home Ed SP3.  I want this hook to a TV using the S-video output.  When I do that, everything that is displayed on the TV is the wallpaper on my desktop - not even the files that are on my desk.  In addition, it is a little blurry.  A few months ago, I installed a new hard drive for this computer so I don't have the driver I need, but that's just a guess.  Please notify.  Thank you.

  I recently got my laptop cleaned in preparation for examinations and such (I'm in high school). As I belong to art class, when Basic programs have been re-installed we also got the Adobe programs, but we got the CC 2015 version instead of the version CS5, we had earlier. After a stressful week, I finally had time to sit and work on my projects aside, but I quickly found a big problem which stops at my work. After re size the image at the size I want, I don't see the whole picture when I move in the smallest area with the direct Selection tool more. Photos I use are generally quite large, that I've tried to work with now are 451mmx338mm after the scaling down and I have a 'framework of standard departure' to 60mmx15mm (I make the bosses), so now I have basically has to guess my way toward a good composition...

  Can I make it work again?

  Those who are used to connect a monitor.

  If your monitor doesn't have any HDMI input, then you will need to find an HDMI-DVI or an HDMI adapter / VGA to connect the cable from the monitor to the computer.

  Kill process > explorer.exe from the Task Manager.

  Copy a copy of explorer.exe from a stable machine fresh and clean.

  Paste in: C:\WINDOWS\

  Replace existing explorer.exe.

  Problem should be solved.

  If this is not the case, change the registry should be applied.

  You may have corrupted graphics drivers.

  If necessary > go to your computer or graphics card manufacturer (if you have installed the graphics card) site > search for a driver and software download section > search your computer or graphics card number > find the version of your operating system > get graphics / video / Chipset Drivers > download and install.

  If your running windows make sure you have the latest device driver for your graphics card installed.  All entries must be selected and be on a black background, but you should be able to see is that the text.
