  How do you delete user accounts? Is it just C:\Dosument and settings users or accounts under the control panel? If you don't want to keep all these account data, you can try to delete the profile of click Start-> settings-> Control Panel-> system-> Advanced-> user profile and select the profile and remove. Also check under 'User accounts' in the control panel to remove the names of users.

  When you restart the computer, you mean "Restart" of the machine or do you want to say "shut down" and turn it back on to start.

  I ask this because in Windows reboot means restarting and you get this from the power button by selecting restart.  Also, in 10 Windows updates are required and they are installed without knowledge of the user but restarting does not automatically apply all the correctl patches; y. so if you restart the computer, we can eliminate this problem completely and move on to another test.

  2. What is the exact error you get when you start your computer?

  I suggest you to check the computer's BIOS settings to make sure that BIOS lists and recognizes the hard disk. See the computer documentation or contact the manufacturer to find out how to check the BIOS settings.

  After you verify that the computer's BIOS detects the hard disk, restart the computer, and then test to determine if the problem is resolved.

  If the problem is not resolved, or if the computer's BIOS cannot detect the hard disk, you may have problems with your hardware. Contact the manufacturer to find out how to solve this problem

  NOTE: BIOS change / semiconductor (CMOS) to complementary metal oxide settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from configuration can resolved BIOS/CMOS settings. Changes to settings are at your own risk.

  If it does not, you will need to contact the manufacture of equipment.

  What operating system is involved? Assuming that Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64-bit for now.

  There is a known No Disc error associated with the elements first 13/13.1. The Adobe fix is the removal or disabling of the OldFilm.AEX file. Let us determine if this applies to your situation.

  The file OldFilm.AEX that you remove or disable renaming in OldFIlm.AEXOLD is located in the path of 64-bit Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 of

  and in NewBlue folder is the file OldFilm.AEX that you remove or disable renaming in OldFilm.AEXOLD.

  Download a two files. A small end .exe, the other .7z, wide, fine. You must run the small .exe file and will decompress the .7z big file to the correct locations.

I downloaded from Adobe first Elements 8 and use it in a mode of assessment at the moment. This version works well with my camera. However, trial period expires soon and I contacted Adobe support for a free key but the couldn't help.

  Does someone of you could share a license key for first Elements 8 with me? He could be the guy who was the owner of this version, but didn't need any longer and it would be a great for me help.

  Hi all

  I recently bought the Mark II HD canon 5 d camera. I shot a few test videos and imported into Adobe prem/elem 7 for editing. So far all is well. However, I am not able to download on youtube in HD, as many have already done. So I know that it is at my end, the ball fell.

  When asked to share... I chose quick Time? and go into the settings and make changes to the video and audio tabs.

  H.264 codec.  Quality 100% width 1280 height 720 Frame rate 29.97 Bitrate 8000 etc... When I finished the changes and exit the menu, it then ask me I would download and when I choose youtube it immediately changes the file extensions in that youtube can manage. So my question is how to upload to youtube first elements 7 with my my 5 d mark II .mov files. I have the feeling that I can't sort. Thank you

  Export them to a video file of Premiere Elements and then download them manually on YouTube.
