  I have reinstalled the operating system on my mac. After that, I reinstalled my "Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard" disks. Illustrator etc works fine, but when I try to enter the serial number when you start Acrobat, it says: "this serial number is not valid for this product".

  The problem was the language of the system against the language of the installer. Problem has been resolved with change of system language to the language of the Installer (from English to Dutch). Arrived at the answer by private message.

• 6 CS Design Standard-Acrobat will not install

  Just installed CS6 Design Standard to drive to my Mac. Academic Edition. Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator installed everything OK, but Acrobat Pro have not, despite checking the box at the beginning of the installation.

  Installed the trial until the serial number and Acrobat would not install then either. Was a free trial, which ended some time.

  Any ideas?

  The trial is a newer version of Acrobat in the old package CS6, and if you don't remove it probably caused all sorts of problems. Try to remove Acrobat XI and try again.

  Please make sure that you install correct and you must also make sure that you have an operating system that is compatible with CS3.

  Frankly, I bought the program thinking I can easily create PDF with acrobat and also be able to modify PDF files with the program.  Your explanation above, it seems that these two simple functions are a major challenge. I'm a little disappointed. I will read the content of the links that are provided, but may I ask if there is a good program on the market that I could use to download a PDF file to edit it or save to PDF conversion front?

  My problem is that I often don't have access to the server where the file origin. So what can I do in this case?

  Maybe if you check Photoshop on the cover page of the victory 8 and choose Run as administrator from the options bar at the bottom of the page and then do the Ctrl Alt Shift.
