  The camera model is not supported as camera raw plugin can not be upgraded to 9.0 in Photoshop CS5.

  However, you can consider using DNG converter to convert raw files to DNG to access images in Photoshop.

  You need Adobe raw camera 8.7 version. Unfortunately your software is earlier than the camera. ACR 8.7 is only compatible with PSE13. But it is possible to download and install the free DNG Converter to convert your raw files to the universal Raw format files and Adobe will be open in all versions of PSE (keep your originals as backups and for use in the software of the camera factory)

  Tried that, but it did not work.  Finally got and IT guy come and it took him 3 1/2 hours to repair.

  Need a bootable floppy which has then repairs itself.

  Lesson learned.  Have an available for each computer startup disk.

  If you have purchased a package, then you should have instructions in the box on how to present your credentials. If you have purchased Adobe online, then you should have received instructions in an email. But here is a link that might help you.   You could use the system restore and roll back to a point just before that you have installed the drivers.

  A little advice about these utilities "update Driver", ditch just them!  Basically, they cause more harm than good, and some of them are dangerous simple!  You don't need those utilities and nine times out of ten people update their drivers for no other reason that they think that the new drivers are better than work perfectly those they already have.

  There are several ways you can remove sites the location bar AutoComplete drop-down. It is probably easier for you to see than to explain.
