I downloaded the installation of creative cloud application, but whenever I try to open it, it does not start. What should I do?
I tried to download setup several times and whenever I click on the program icon, the loading wheel appears and turns for a few seconds, and then nothing happens. My computer is a Dell Inspiron 5000 with Windows 10.

I've paid money for this subscription and am not able to access any downloads or content. I try to download the installer, but after the download is complete the installation program does not open and therefore does not install the desktop application. I tried using the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool and have used different internet service providers. Others told me to uninstall creative cloud, but there is nothing for me to uninstall. How can I fix?
