  Yes I had already downloaded the appropriate application and have successfully on my first attempt, that lists the videos and photos from my phone to my computer.

  Thanks to the Chatline online from Sony and a panic/attack later, I have now found videos that didn't copy on my computer folder Video when I click Download photos and videos from the Mobile phone (of course once they are downloaded, they don't download again).

  Then my last attempt, the images downloaded perfectly, but I couldn't find the videos taken.

  IT IS THAT I HAD TO DO TO FIND THE DOWNLOADED VIDEOS.

  With the phone Xperia connected to the computer

  Click Start incontinence

  Click computer (right panel)

  Click on Xperia (the phone must be connected to the computer for it to appear on the left panel)

  Click internal storage
  Click the DCM file and they should be in this area.

  I have Sony FDR-AX100 where pulling 4K video in Sony XVAC S codec, and I have two Adobe Premiere Pro CC and CS6.  Don't have import problems, reading or editing images in this format.  XVAC S is really simply a high-level h.264 format. I use these two programs on one end of 2013 Mac Pro with 64 GB RAM and 12 hearts 10.9.3 OS.

  All messages are ' alls are so heavy with really difficult questions. My question is just annoying that and I bet you all would trade me any day of the week. Mine has not come with a USB cord as it was assumed, and I am going nutso trying to figure out how to contact someone one of HP to send me. The only thing that I keep coming across enough for a phone number is where you have to pay to talk to them.

  I'm starting to wonder if they voluntarily left the USB cord. As I said, I'm sorry there ' All to post such a piddley problem, but it was supoose to come with one.

  To upgrade is to buy a newer version, either by download or disc...  To update is to apply a free change of the version used.

  A purchase outright a version can sometimes be cheaper than an upgrade.
