  First of all, make sure that you don't have two accounts with the same address. What happens if one of them is an iCloud account.

  From the Mail menu bar, you select

  The only way to recover it, is to do a factory reset on the device, it will lose all the settings, you have set up. but after a reset the connection goes back to admin and password for the credientals.
