  Flames, tree and these filters are not available in Photoshop CS6. They got introduced in Photoshop CC as reasons scripted and were moved to the filter > render in CC2014 and beyond.

  There is no update available to CS6 to obtain these filters.

  You can upgrade to the CC version to get these filters.

  The problem is that photoshop.com is gone. You cannot move because there is nothing to upgrade to. If you had pictures on photoshop.com, you should have received a bunch of emails about adobe moving them to revel, but revel is not a direct substitute - PSE 8 don't know anything about revel, so you can do more of this kind of things directly through PSE is. An unfortunate side effect is that any online content in the panels in PSE (anything with a gold or blue banner) is no longer available if you didn't already download it.

  You should start by disconnection or canceling the sign in the window, turning off backup/sync and stop using the Welcome screen, if you are using windows. Make a direct shortcut to the editor or organizer .exe in the program files or program (x 86).

  I hope that this should stop the pop up (as long as you do not click anything with a banner).
