About 1 week from today, I tried to open my control panel and folder on my laptop and continue to receive the error shown below and it restarts Explorer.EXE

I have Window Vista (Home Edition) 32-bit Basic on my PC.

I searched the similar problems here and checked to see if none of the suggestions work, and they did not.

Could you please tell me why my PC do all this suddenly and does so whenever I try to access My Documents, Control Panel, etc..

Please help me with this so I don't have to wipe my hard drive and reinstall Windows Vista!

Thank you

Problem has been resolved. A purchase price comparing the toolbar got installed on my computer without my knowledge.

I ended up having to change my registry to remove it.

Now I can open all my files and the control panel etc. and receive no APPCRASH.

The program was Dealio Toolbar

    Hi PaulMazor,

Well first of all, btwapi.dll is a process no system developed by Bluetooth. If you go on your computer, try to disable Bluetooth by going to network and Internet or however your wireless interface is configured on your computer. If you don't have Bluetooth on your computer, try to uninstall it. go to start > Control Panel > programs > uninstall programs > scroll down and uninstall. My last suggesting opens upward, the Windows Task Manager (press ctrl + alt + delete and release). Go to processes and disable the application there. Other that that, I can't help you any further.
    Good luck
