I get error error 0x800CCC6F 554 number I can't send emails

I am trying to send a large number of newsletters through outlook express. I got 80% of them, but got the last 5 and they will not go out. In fact, I can send is no longer emails. I get

An unknown error has occurred. Account: "mail.comcast.net', server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, server response: 554 omta12.emeryville.ca.mail.comcast .net comcast error sending Message.  Please go to http://help.comcast.net/content/faq/VBOB', Port: 25, secure (SSL): no, Server error: 554, error number: 0x800CCC6F

What can I do?

#1: the servers have a limit on the recipients how much you can send simultaneously. You can be above the limit. Try to break down to a few groups & contact Comcast to determine the exact number of beneficiaries that they allow.

#2: change the SMTP port to 587 and ensure that: my server requires authentication is enabled.

How can I set up/configure Outlook Express, Windows Mail & Windows Live Mail to E-mail from Comcast?
