Unable to sign program

I am unable to connect and convert a PDF to Word/Excel using the feature "sign-in" at the top right of the program Adobe Acrobat X Pro, as I did in the past.  Has this option changed?

Sign in option is not available in the player at the top right for the conversion of document in Acrobat. Acrobat itself has a feature that it can convert PDF documents to other formats.

    The option to change the identity plate will come if you click the custom option.

    I managed to find a solution to this problem.

    (1) remove the OOBE folder located at c:\users\"user"\AppData\Local\Adobe

    (2) on the page in Internet Explorer LAN settings, I had to uncheck "automatically detect connection settings. Information about our Proxy has already filled below that.

    Once this file has been deleted, and this option is unchecked, I was able to sign creative cloud and download applications.

  • Unable to open programs after attack XP Antivirus 2010

    I have a hp a305w with Windows XP computer. Several days ago, I was attacked by the Antivirus XP 2010. Needless to say it was a mess. the weird part. that it only affected my journal. There are 4 other people who use this computer. all other sites are fine.

    This attack has affected the firewall and I couldn't do anything at all. somehow my wife got rid of this thing. I deleted and reinstall direct care but could not access the program. I got a 'valid' not a program, or if I tried something else that I "cannot locate" or a box appears with 'open with' I finally got a care with the open with box and ran at least 5 scans, no virus found. I was able to down load a registry cleaner, had to use the box and ran the program. Well this made things even worse. It was a restore, so I did and back to the drawing board. What iam asking is how can I solve my problem without affecting everyone. your help will be greatly appreciated.

    OPM. DB is an important file if is not created which means that the program does not connect to the server, please try the procedure below:

    Make sure that all programs internet security and firewalls are turned off, also in your browser if you have ad-block more or advise McAfee site or any protection tools browser installed please disable them.

    MAC:

    1 force quit Adobe all processes in the activity monitor (for example, CC, Core sync, the broker CC library, Office, Adobe, Adobe CPI, demon Adobe Crash etc..)

    2-go to: Finder > Applications > utilities > Adobe installer > uninstall Adobe Creative cloud (if problems uninstall Trash)

    3-go to: Finder > Applications > utilities > (delete these two folders - creative cloud Adobe and Adobe Application Manager)

    4. then run the cleanup tool to remove the clouds creative and Adobe Application Manager (if it remains in the machine)

    5 right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.

    I can connect to CC with my Adobe ID without problem.

    Only changed the password once because of the debacle of some time ago.

    I've recently updated FormsCentral and for the first time made a few forms but am unable to connect with it to test the online features.

    Tried to restart the computer. Program is not blocked by any software blocking I know.

    Hello Thanks for any help. My hard drive crashed after it overheated. Each attempt I used to reinstall or use a backup version failed because my hard drive could not be found. This disc that came with my computer was so useless. I had to go to a comp
