  It is usual, but not absolutely necessary, for the emails to download from the server to the TB Inbox e-mail account and then delete them from the server.

  I personally, clear all but the last 30 days on the server, whereas between my monthly backup and emails on the server, I was able to recover most, if not all the mail loss.

  You could get the emails on the server, but you will notice that all dates seem to change the date when you put them back on the server.

  What email program are you using?  There should be a place in the program to block spammers.  Some you can right-click on the message or the sender and block them from there.  Unfortunately this is useful if you are getting emails from one or more senders.

  Please right-click on any PDF on your system, then go to properties > under general, you will find "opens with". Here you will see 'change' option, by clicking on it, wil give you a window from which you can choose the Acrobat Standard XI as a default for PDF files.

  You can check if the complete startup items are checked in the msconfig utility.

  1. open System Configuration by clicking Start , clicking Control Panel, clicking system and security, clicking Administrative Tools, and then double-click the System Configuration.

  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  2. click the Startup tab and check if all the items are archived there.

  You can also run a bag of security for your computer and check if this solves the problem.

  If the problem persists, turn the computer in clean boot and check if all the background program is causing this error message. To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot".   There is no file in Windows XP.  This file was probably part of a virus or spyware infection that has been partially removed. Run a full scan for virus/spyware.  If the problem persists, use the free Windows Sysinternals Autoruns tool to find and remove the reference to the file.
