  Hello, you can have present malicious addons. Please perform these steps:

  1. Reset firefox (this will keep your bookmarks and passwords)
  2. then go to the firefox menu

     

     > addons > extensions and where there are still extensions listed there, disable them.

  3. Finally, run a full scan of your system with security tools like the free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner to ensure that adware is not present in other parts of your system as well.

  I can go in chrome without any problem and watch any video without any problem. the second I get into firefox, nothing does. I had this problem on and off for years. I am really really tired of this same problem for years, I stay with firefox, because you are aware of privacy and are always more. I don't know what other details to tell keep you other than that just to be and it makes it very difficult to do anything on firefox, when I can't use something simple like the flash drive. as I said, if other browsers can remedy I see no reason why firefox can not year after year.   Do a clean install (re)-:

  The main window of Firefox has sometimes "off screen" somehow. You can often force it to appear on the screen by right clicking on the thumbnail image floating above the taskbar and choosing expand them. Does it work?

  #1 method: If you can get a zoomed window:

  Then, to re - light bars, you can use one of the following methods to view the list of the toolbar, and then select the desired bars it:

  • Right click on a place empty on the tab bar (or the button '+')
  • Press the Alt key to activate the classic menu bar > view > toolbars
  • in customize mode > show/hide toolbars (see: Customize Firefox commands, buttons, and toolbars)

  To activate the menu bar, toolbar bookmarks or other bars, click it in the list.
