  Thank you very much for the help.  I solved the problem by uninstalling the software and then create an admin login.  I logged in as admin and downloaded the software, installed, then it worked fine.

  As I think a monthly pass for €11.89, I decided to start first with a test version.  So I recorded an adobe account and everything was fine until this point.

  To the inside of my new created account, clicked on the trial version and it led me to the download area, where I had to first download the Cload Creative.

  So I did and he began the process of downlaod. No error up to this point.
