I restarted my computer (HP, intel i5, windows 10 envy) due to the common problem of home bar activating not when you click on it and it got rid of my creative cloud shortcut and I need to redownload it. Im not that computer savvy, so this can be 100% a stupid question.

• I have a full account, but I can't get access to the trial version of CC 2015.

  Could someone help me with this one? I had a full membership for over 2 years now and have never had any problem with upgrading my CC (primarily Ai Ps and Id) programs, but since CC 2014 came out I seem to only have 30 days access to trial versions of these. This also applies to 2015 for CC. I'm still in the pre CC2014 versions of these programs without a hitch, so I don't think that my subscription is the question. Anyone has this problem. I am also desperately looking for a phone number for Adobe in Australia, but can't seem to find one anywhere on the site.
