I already have an Adobe account, but I can't download the suite on my computer?
I already have an account with adobe which is a free membership, not a trial. I restarted my computer (HP, intel i5, windows 10 envy) due to the common problem of home bar activating not when you click on it and it got rid of my creative cloud shortcut and I need to redownload it. Im not that computer savvy, so this can be 100% a stupid question.

As mentioned in the title, I can't download the application Adobe Story. By connecting to the version of the browser based, it is clearly stated in the upper left corner that I use Adobe Story Plus(not Story FREE).
When I try to download the desktop application, it is gray out, and I can't click on it to start the download process.
With the recent release of the creative cloud, Adobe Story branding was changed to Adobe Story more.
You can find out if you are using a free version of the story, if there is a label 'Upgrade Now' in the upper right corner (next to the logout button)

Are you referring to the workspaces? This service was withdrawn on January 7, 2015. There is no way of recovering files that were not uploaded before the service pensions.
If you are referring to a more recent Acrobat.com account, try to connect to https://cloud.acrobat.com/files.

Unfortunately there is no option to change credit card, paypal or vice versa.
If you want to change your payment information, you will need to cancel the subscription and buy a new subscription with a different payment option.

CC of Muse doesn't have the serial number for installation. You could get this prompt because of some networks of communication-element blocking with Adobe servers.
Please try the following: -.
(1) If you are on a MAC: -.
Press shift + command + G (another Finder, go--> go to folder) to open go to folder.
Type / etc, and then open the file called hosts.
Check if you have any Adobe associated entry in the file.
If so, please rename the file and check again.
(2) If you are on a windows machine: -.
Browse to the location:-C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Open file "hosts".
Check if you have any Adobe associated entry in the file.
If so, please rename the file and check again.
