  I have an iPhone running iOS 10 6 and I have dealt with this problem since I have updated my phone last week. Whenever I have unlock my phone, it automatically opens the Drive app on my home screen. I replaced Google Reader with the Linkedin app for a day and it does the same thing with Linkedin. It seems to do to any application that is at this location on the home screen. Has anyone ever dealt with something like that? I've never had problems with this phone. Everything works perfectly, and I really enjoy this update. I thought I'd check and see if anyone else has experienced or has all the solutions.   This happens when you both share the same Apple ID. It is recommended - for a number of reasons - that each have their own Apple ID and then uses the sharing of the family for things you want to share. http://www.Apple.com/icloud/family-sharing/

  I have used to have an iPhone, but had to switch to an Android.  However I still have my iPad (Wifi + laptop) which I would still like to be able to Facetime with my family.  When you migrate from iPhone to Android phone I had to turn off iMessage and Facetime on my iPhone and my iPad so that I can separate my number with iMessage and continue to use texting on my Android.

  Even though I have an Android phone, can I still use Facetime on my iPad?  Turning on Facetime again my settings will mess with my ability to send SMS messages?  I only ask because I thought that it was strange that I had to turn off Facetime as part of the process to separate my Apple number.

  Yes, you can still use FaceTime on your iPad. You will be activate FaceTime with your Apple ID, not a mobile phone number. There should be no impact on your ability to text with your Android phone.

  No you cannot, by default, all emails will in the main message folder and the e-mail folder, but if you don't need these icons, you can hide the unwanted.

  The receiver of the iPhone will not work properly if it is blocked or dirty.

  Follow these steps, after each:

  • Make sure that nothing is blocking the receiver, such as a case or a movie.
    If you have a new iPhone, remove the plastic on the front and the rear of the unit.
  • Check the receiver opening to see if it is blocked or dirty. If necessary, clean the receiver opening with a clean brush, dry, soft.
  • While you're online, turn on the speaker. If you still do not hear, then your network or the reception might be the issue. Try calling again later or somewhere else.
