  There is no download available from Microsoft Vista.

  Contact the manufacturer of your laptop and ask them to send a set of recovery disks.

  They should do this for a small fee.

  I'd start by checking to make sure that all packing material is removed from the product.  Here is a document for you printer that takes into account the mistakes of the print cartridge. If you reach the end of this document and still have the error message I would contact HP Total Care.   I just bought a macbook pro (which is not a hard drive) and I am wanting to install my edition CS4 student on it.

  As advised by adobe I copied the CD on a USB for installation and then copied on my new macbook to try and install it like this.

  I install the first drive fine, but then it asks me to insert CD 2 - when I open the file copied to disk two nothing happens... anyone know how to get around this problem / make it work!

  I saw on another thread that you can install cs4 trial version and enter your serial number to activate, but I don't know if it will work woth the student edition?

  (I first tried to install CS4 on my new laptop using the migration wizard, but it must have corrupted files, when I talked to adobe and they told me try the installation via a USB port)

  The only difference between the editions of the student and others is the license... the software is the same.

  Wireless security is controlled by the router.

  After that, you may need to remove all references to your router on your devices without wire, then re-establisg the connection.   Alternatively, you can change your Secure ID (SSID) as you make changes to the configuration of your router and then reconnect the new SSID for all devices.
