  What have you done so far? Updated the primary e-mail address on your existing account, you did not create a new account? All content is linked to the account that has downloaded, if you created a new account, all of your existing applications will remain tied to your old account and only this account can download updates for them.

  There is no way that anyone might be able to help without more. My initial guess and it is just a guess, is that you have to update Internet Explorer .v8. Click HERE and download IE8 and install it. Try again updates once the installation is complete.

  You can again save wmp.dll, and then search for the question.

  a. Click Start, run and type:

  regsvr32 "%programfiles%\Windows Media Player wmpband.dll"

  b. press enter and restart the computer and check.

• I have reset the settings of cookies on my Mac and now can't get firefox to open at all.

  I deleted the old Firefox and reinstalled because I couldn't open to change settings. I had it not to accept cookies. I tried to click on setting for the default for Firefox when this box comes up, but it just hangs there and does not open. I shut my computer down and restarted. I have a Mac desk top which is a new model.

  Firefox will display in high but just hanging guard and I can't go in any of the headings to change the settings. I hope that somehow if I can get it is going to my favorites will be saved. Thank you, Cory

  Create a new profile as a test to see if your profile is the source of the problems.
