The dedicated graphics card ram is 1 GB instead of 2 GB such as specified in the box.

Hello Ramit2313ax.  I think I found the answer to your question.

I noticed similar problems in which the users had reported that dxdiag showed incorrect information concerning their GPU RAM.  After some research, I was able to locate this document.  Although the values returned are not those mentioned in the document remains very much the same.  You can also find a lot of discussion on the issue on Google.  Here is a link to my Google search results.  Take a look at the threads listed there if you would like more information.  In short, unless you noticed suddenly bad performance out of your graphics card, it is probably a non-issue.

If you find this useful or want to say thank you do not forget to click the White Star under my name to give me laurels; I really appreciate it.

If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask.  I wish you a nice day!
