Before my call was answered by a human being, I have to key in a 56 digit code given to me online.  Then a lady answered the phone and asked me to read the same 56 digit code.  Then she asked absurd questions, and gave me a password to activate my office.

  Imagine for a moment that you knew about my experience... I am still young to manage the thing 56 figures, but in 10 years... I would swallow my pride and pay another $200 to get new software.

  I guess Microsoft can easily detect double use of the same software online.  Why should he make me suffer the waste of time above processes?
