  Method 1:

  As it was working fine before installing the update, I suggest that you do a system restore on your computer.

  b. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

  (c) in the System Restore dialog box, click on choose a different restore point and then click Next.

It's as if the driver was uninstalled itself. I tried to reinstall with the original disc. However, it will not work and only says I have a newer version already installed on my computer. There are several products from HP on my add/REMOVE list. I tried to uninstall and reinstall. I hit the uninstall, it only flashes, but never uninstalls. Due to the fact that I had a previous HP printer on my computer before buying it, I thought that it can receive signals confused. How can I delete all Hp software and start again? BTW, this printer will work on all laptops in the House, who are also Windows XP.

  I set my printer up to send a scan of documents for me whenever my laptop isn't on. It requires a code PIN to send the document. Unfortunately I misplaced the PIN code and is forced to locate or reset. Reflected on the printer to the title web services, I can't see an option to do this. I have also recorded in the centre of ePrint online but have been unable to locate or find a reset it either.

  The best way to access the app is actually access your ePrint account and add the scan for app by email to your printer.  Once you add the application to your printer go to your apps on the front panel and you should see the scanning to e-mail.  I hope this helps.

  My question is very simple. I tried all the options I could think for my printer detect the alignment page and it is still unable to detect the page. Can someone who has had the same problem please send me a list of recommended procedures to solve the problem? I intend to go through one by one until it is resolved.   What are the levels of ink in each cartridge?  I connected a troubleshooting document that addresses the lack of alignment.  Click here  You could take a look and perform one of the steps that you did not.  Let me know how it goes.

  Recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. At this point, I checked HP updated the software and the driver. Finished downloading new/upgrade to full version of the software for my printer. Printer seems to work very well. the only glitch that I now seem to have is the use of HPSolution Center, which works well with Windows 7 won't even start using Windows 10. When I try to start the utility it just flashes on the screen for one then slipped, but will launch/not not start. I checked under properties/compatibility and the only option is Windows 7. Anyone else had or having this problem? Someone knows how to solve this problem. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

  Were there displayed problems when you did the scan of the System File Checker?

  Here are the steps to make an uninstall of level 3, to remove all the HP files associated with the printer. I think that might help. The steps are:

  1. Click Start and type %temp% in the field run, press ENTER to open the temp folder

  2. Locate and open the folder starting with 7z (example: 7zS2356) (if there is more than one, choose the most recent folder)

  3 open the Util folder

  4 open the CCC folder

  5. run the L3uninstall.exe (can also be a .bat file)

  6. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer

  7 run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup

  8. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

  9 download full feature software and drivers of my first message above

  10. run the download and reinstall the printer

• I have a Photosmart Premium all-in-one c310 printer. It will not print black.

  I tried changing the cartridge and still no black.  I also get an error message when I try to align the cartridges.

  Nothing special, just alignment cartridge error.  Any ideas why my black will not print

  It seems that some of the old black ink can be dried in the ports of the printhead from the C310, nyart12020.

  There are a few steps to help solve this problem in the document below:

  The document led to replace the printhead from the C310.  That's when we could use check whether the printer is IN or out of warranty.

  In case of warranty, then call the HP Technical Support on this printer.

  If outside warranty, then you have two options:

  1. You can buy the print head for a printer C310 from the HP parts store by searching for the CN642a part number.
  2. We can try a step not sanctioned HP to attempt to manually clean the printhead across a dipping process.  Information for how to do this can be located underneath:

  Be sure to put the right SMTP server, the 587 port with the information of the user and the password as described.

  I don't see any reference to verify the SSL / TLS option, so I guess it doesn't have to be verified... If you are unable to connect, try to check this option as well.
