  So what you want to do is put windows 7 to replace windows vista on your new hard drive?

  Step 1: Download the ISO file.
  You will need a cache of DVD or a USB flash drive (3 GB or better), if you insert a DVD, then it will ask you if you want to use it with a DVD player or a usb flash drive.
