I have a ProStar with Windows 7 64 bit

I am connected to my network wirelessly with another computer... It is that I know that the network is there.  However the Pro star continues to send me a statement that no connection is available. Of more when I try to connect, the block "turn wireless on" is grey and non-functional. I've exhausted my knowledge to try.

I just moved from one State to another.  The STAR PRO was working fine until I moved.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.
