  The above description of upgrading to a 64-bit system seems easy. I upgraded from XP to Windows 8 (32 bit) in 2013 and this weekend I installed a new SSD. The installation of a 64-bit Windows 8 from authentic disc goes well but when subsequently asked for authentication via a product key. My key did not work. Despite M/soft and spend me 'hours' on the problem in the only way to install the OS on the new disk SSD was to put an OS 32 bit on it. Thus, even if the m/soft sent me a disc of 32 and 64-bit based on my product key m/soft Corp. don't shop not the upgrade from 32 to 64 bit OS on the same computer using the same product key. :-(

  Move all the messages you want to keep your local folders account. You can create subfolders under "Local folders" to replicate a folder hierarchy, you can have for the account to be deleted.

  Manually create folders, do not try to move entire folders.
  Then copy the messages in a folder at a time.
  Do this by selecting the messages can be completely copied to the source folder. Then a selected message - copy, right-click and choose the destination folder.
  Once the messages have been copied successfully, you can delete them in the source folder.
  Once all messages to be kept have been copied to local folders, safely, you can delete the account.

  If you use the Vista licence as part of the upgrade to Windows 7 you cannot use the license of Vista anywhere elsewhere

  The Windows OEM license is linked to the original computer it is installed on and dies with the computer.

  If a retail Windows license, you can transfer it to another computer/laptop.
  But it can only be installed on one computer at a time.

  A single license is a single Installation.

  If you have a retail version of Windows 7, then it is more than likely came with discs both 64-bit and 32-bit. In this case, boot from the 32-bit disk and do a clean install.

  If the 64-bit version has been pre-installed, then you need to contact Acer to see if they have a 32-bit recovery disc.

  If you have the creative cloud subscription, you just download Photoshop on your PC to begin as a single subscription includes the activation on both machines.

  This would download the creative cloud Setup file you need to run and sign with your Adobe ID

No, you cannot change the text in a Table of contents, but you can change paragraph style font attributes (line) and add for example, a head of points between the types of OCD paragraph and page numbers. No part of the table of contents will not provide hyperlinks in exported PDF documents.
