I have advice on a problem

I need some advice on a problem, I'm going to. In my application, I'm working, I want to use b.filters = [new DropShadowFilter ()] filter to give the effect of a sprite being picked up and moved. I use this code to move the sprite:

The problem is sometimes the event MouseEvent.MOUSE_UP does not draw the sprite is not stop moving. This doesn't happen very often. Maybe 1 out of 100 times or more. I think that the problem is related to the speed of the Simulator because it is not all the time. I hope that it does on a real device. I noticed that when I remove the filter to DropShadowFilter () I don't have the problem. I like the shadow effect. I was thinking of doing a second series of images with a drop shadow, but that would mean I would have twice as many images and I have a lot. I want RIM to send me my PlayBook so I can test this on a real device.

Do you think I should present my application for approval or rework my application and add all the images?

try changing your code as follows:

    ...

 b.filters = [ new DropShadowFilter() ];   addChild(b);

    b.startDrag(false, new Rectangle(0, 0, 1024 - CARD_WIDTH, 594 + CARD_HEIGHT));

  stage.addEventListener(MouseEvent.MOUSE_UP, onStageMouseUp);

}

private function onStageMouseUp(e:MouseEvent):void{  b.stopDrag();

   stage.removeEventListner(MouseEvent.MOUSE_UP, onStageMouseUp);

 ...}

Basically instead of make a mouse event on the object itself, do on the stage. It doesn't matter where the user makes mouseup, he's always going to be picked up. the best way to go without compromise. hope that helps. Good luck!

    During the last two weeks, all changes (including new Contacts or changes/revisions to previous Contacts) have stopped syncing to my contacts in iCloud.  I got my iPhone 5s almost two years and have never had this problem before.  I look forward to thoughts about the causes and, above all, suggestions for solutions.

    Try the settings/iCloud and remove the synchronization of Contacts. Wait a few minutes and then resynchronize.

    You should be able to use the W7 x 64 drivers and software from the HP Pavilion 15z-p000 CTO Notebook PC on your model.  Do not use the BIOS or firmware files but because they are the specific model.

    In addition to the information above, you will need to also install the AMD Chipset drivers and reboot in order to install the smbus and usb3 controllers.

    I'm sorry, but I don't have a solution for you.  You can check the Device Manager (start > run > devmgmt.msc > OK) to see if there are warnings next to your CD burner.  If there is a caution icon, double-click the entry and see what it says under "device status".

    I don't know how you use picture & Fax Viewer to burn a CD.  The usual method, except if you have 3rd party CD burning software, is to use Windows Explorer.  This is what Windows XP Help & Support has to say on this topic:

    To copy files and folders to a CD

    1. Insert a blank, writable CD into the CD burner.
    2. Open my computer.
    3. Click the files or folders to copy to the CD. To select multiple files, hold down the CTRL key while you click the files you want. Then, under file and folder tasks, click copy this file, copy this folder, or copy the selected items.

      If the files are located in my pictures, under management of images, click copy to CD or copy all items to a CDand go to step 5.

    4. In the dialog box copy items , click the CD player record, and then click copy.
    5. In my computer, double-click the CD burner. Windows displays a temporary area where the files are held before they are copied to the CD. Verify that the files and folders you want to copy to the CD appear under files ready to be written on the CD.
    6. Under CD writing tasks, click write these files to CD. Windows displays the Assistant burn a CD. Follow the instructions in the wizard.

    Notes

    • To open my computer, click Startand then click my computer.
    • Do not copy more files to the CD that it will hold. Standard CD hold up to 650 megabytes (MB). Large capacity CD contain up to 850 MB.
    • Don't forget that you have enough disk space on your hard disk to store the temporary files that are created during the CD writing process. For a standard CD, Windows reserves up to 700 MB of available disk space. For a high-capacity CD, Windows reserves up to 1 gigabyte (GB) of the available free space.
    • After you copy files or folders to the CD, it is useful to view the CD to verify that the files are copied.
