  Go to tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Connection and check or change the connection properties.  You will need to remove the account and then add it again, but try first and also check tools | Options | Connections.

  Usually administrator rights often have to install a program, but not necessarily run. When you install the program, it should install for all users.

  If not you can try to install the program on the standard user account. When you run the install file, you'll want to right-click on the file and say that it is running as an administrator when doing so, you will need to enter your password.

  After installation, the program should always be able to be used on the standard account and should not require administrator rights.

  (a) you are using a mail client (mail in windows for example) or a Webmail (hot mail for example)?

  (b) remember to make changes? What were the changes to the system between the time where everything has worked, and when you noticed the problem?

  In Windows 7, files, folders, printers, and other devices can be shared with other computers on your network. This is accomplished by accessing a folder, right-click on it and choose the sharing tab. You can share all printers to your network by doing a right click on the printer to share. As long as your computers are on the same workgroup, you should be able to find these devices.

  In Windows 7, a new option was introduced called homegroups. You can create a homegroup to share files more easily between systems.

  Win7 when configured on the peer-to-peer network has three types of configurations of sharing.

  Group residential network = only works between Win 7 computers. This type of configuration, it is very easy to entry level users to start sharing network.

  The problem is not Windows 7, this is the card reader in your Acer laptop.  It must be able to read SDHC cards.  This is different from an SD card. Ancient readers SD do not read SDHC cards - they are incompatible with older players.
