  I'm trying to download the trial version of After Effects for the tests. I downloaded anime Edge of the cloud several months ago with no probelem. Safari said that it cannot open the address.   UPDATE: I've uninstalled and reinstalled the cloud creative app download. It seems to have downloaded and installed fine but when I go to download a trial app, that nothing is happening, and I don't know what to do. The creative cload window opens in my mac, and that's all. All of the suggestions.

  I also noticed that the CC icon on the title bar top of my mac remains dim, don't know if that's a problem. The only options it gives me is using, open as a window and close creative cloud. What gives?

  IIRC, the "Buy" option allows you to enter the serial number. Try this route to re - enter your serial number of FM. If this does not work, then a re-installation complete (after uninstaling) may be the next step. As a last resort, you will need to contact Technical Support.

• Since upgrading to Mac OSX El Capitan bridge recongises more my Nikon D7100.  The D7100 only supports PTP.  Is it possible that I can use my D7100 with bridge Photo Downloader?

  Since the upgrade to OSX El Capitan when I connect my D7100 to the iMac, Apple Photos load by default while I used bridge Photo Downloader as my default application.  I can not turn off the Photos and I can't do the bridge to recognize my D7100.  According to the Nikon site the D7100 does not support only PTP and MSC.  Anyone have any ideas?  Thank you in advance.

  Step 1:

  Launching the activity of utilities, monitor make sure that no process of Adobe is executed as AAMUpdater, creative cloud, COreSync, installation, configuration, PDApp, Adobe Crash Demon... etc force quit all Adobe processes.

  Step 2:

  (1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
  (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.

  / Library

  (3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and locate the folder named OOBE and rename it to old OOBE.

  Step 3:

  If any trash handler application Adobe Utilities folder.

  (It is necessary to trash Adobe Application manage, rather than crush just by installing Adobe Application Manager)

  If it's affordable, replacement / fresh install is better than repairing hehe
