FM keeps thinking that I have only a trial version
Hi people,
I upgraded to FM 11 more than a year ago, just after its release. Now, whenever I open it, it thinks that I'm working on a trial version and invites me to 'continue the trial', 'buy', etc. This maddening behavior just started recently when I bought the creative cloud, even if the FM is not part of this package. No idea how to get rid of this annoying message?

I also CC apps installed and it did not affect of my installs FM.
IIRC, the "Buy" option allows you to enter the serial number. Try this route to re - enter your serial number of FM. If this does not work, then a re-installation complete (after uninstaling) may be the next step. As a last resort, you will need to contact Technical Support.

The trial version is any different from the full version, except that it works for 30 days.

I bought a CC of Photoshop, Lightroom + bridge CC yesterday, paid for 1 year. In my creative cloud Manager, it seems that I have downloaded the trial versions of CC of Photoshop and Lightroom CC and also purchased versions. I don't know what I have to do. Is the version that I use the purchased version? I'm afraid that I always use the 30 day trial version. It will change to that purchased once the payment by credit card has been approved? Too much information in the topic. First time. My concern is that I have 2 - 2 GB cards I thought that there would be 1 to 4 GB, and I could put the extra 4 GB in the second slot. What is my best course of action to upgrade to 8 GB?

Get an another 4 GB of RAM so that you have a pair.
Make sure that your RAM meets the required specifications for your computer. Go to crucial.com and use the scanner. It will tell you what RAM works with your computer.

I'm moving from PC to iMac. I think that I have brought successfully my profile. My work id of addressbook, but no mail received file is obvious. The Mail subfolder in the profile of 'new' - "Mail" - is about the same size - 1.6 GB - as it was on the PC, so I guess that the mail has not moved, however, there is no sign of what I can find on the page "news" of Thunderbird. I did move by copying the profile folder of the PC on the Mac desktop, raise the profile of Mac beside him folder and dragging the PC Mail subfolder to the mail folder in the Mac profile. I think I am way over my head here; I really want to solve the problem, so I can mothball the PC. Thanks is advance for your help.

I think that we have downloaded something bad!
We went to a new Web site 123movies.to and I think that we have downloaded anything because it is exceptionally now slow loading pages or other applications now. Don't know what to do! I'm not very irritable. I deleted all the files on my computer that had changed over the past three days, but this doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions please?

I need to transfer the Creative Suite 6 from an old computer to a new one. I have a disc. Just disable the program on the old computer and install on the new and then save Will Adobe recognizes that I have only used a copy? I need to also install the program on a laptop.

I have a monthly subscription to Adobe Revel. You received my payment for September 15, 2015 & October 15, 2015 according to Adobe, but Revel shows that I have only a free basic account and that it was yet another payment. What happens here? You people need get the bugs out of your cloud services. I signed up with [email protected] that the Adobe Revel server fails to allow me to login, but accounts Adobe server connects me and says I am free on my subscription to Revel. Is happening here? I canceled once on this issue! Want to lose me again, this time for good? I'm telling you guys, I buy recently bought items 13 (of course just before you've released 14) on CD-ROM, because your cloud suck the Revel program!
