  Please follow the steps below:

  • Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
  • Disable the firewall on your machine.
  • Turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet. (Norton 360 - disable the following in it: Surf safely, firewall, browser protection, download intelligence)

  These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud application is in place and functioning *.

  (1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:

  Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application

  (2) delete following folders: (if you do not see any folder skip this step)

  C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

  Migration of Adobe programs generally does not work because of hidden registration files. However, you can install your CS6 Photoshop and Illustrator by downloading programs directly and installation using your order number. Follow these steps:

  1. Uninstall the migrated programs: Uninstall Creative Suite | CS5, CS5.5, CS6
  2. Clean the remains of problem using the cleaning tool: use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems
  3. Download a new copy of your programs CS6: applications download Creative Suite 6 and follow the instructions to install.
