I have Photoshop/Illustrator CS5.5 and work on MacBook Pro OSX 10.9.5. I want to upgrade to El Capitan OSX 10.11.3. My Photoshop/Illustrator won't be compatible?

I have Photoshop/Illustrator CS5.5 and work on MacBook Pro OSX 10.9.5. I want to upgrade to El Capitan OSX 10.11.3. My Photoshop/Illustrator won't be compatible?

The problem is that once Adobe removes in a CS, but is no longer being updated for the future versions of OSX. This means that if something new in El Capitan causes CS5.5 does not operate normally, you are out of luck.

10.9 is good that at least you can run Chrome or Acrobat DC where 10.9 is the minimum. It is always the test.

Do not go to 10.11 if that's your only Mac and that you make your living with her.
