  I tried every fix and referencing also a fix on the Adobe's Site (Error 1935 |) Install | Adobe Acrobat, Reader | Windows) but nothing seems to solve my problem.

  Please advise on how can I fix? I was surprised, it there was no option to chat to speak with a technician or engineer. I need to have this resolved.

  Please follow this now:

  STEP 1:

  Remove all components or products of acrobat and then try to install

  Cleanup Utility tool run windows install to remove acrobat existing on the computer content

  Download the tool windows install cleanup utility and install it. exe http://download.Microsoft.com/download/e/9/d/e9d80355-7ab4-45b8-80e8-983a48d5e1bd/msicuu2.

  Launch windows install cleanup utility from the start menu.

  Select the Acrobat products in the list and remove it.

  Restart the computer for changes to take effect.

  Download Acrobat and install successfully

  STEP 2: If this does not, then manually remove and reinstall .NET Framework.

  ·         What do you mean exactly when you say "deactiveated my d drive?

  ·         Remember the updates you have installed?

  I suggest you to check the status of the disk in disk management. To so proceed as follows:

  a. open the computer by clicking the Start button, click computer.

  b. open computer management by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking system and Maintenance, clicking Administrative Tools, and then double-click computer management.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  (c) in the Navigation pane, click disk management.

  You can change the drive letter of the drive and see if that fixes the problem.

• I have a problem to install Adobe Photoshop CC via Adobe Creative Cloud

  I tried to install Adobe Photoshop CC but have no luck.

  I tried cleaning tool to clean all the parts.

  no luck.

  I also tried to uninstall and remove all kinds of files Adobe.

  I also tried to install previous versions of CC of Photoshop and Photoshop CS6.

  no luck.

  All other Adobe products are installed perfectly. But no luck with photoshop.

  You can certainly communicate with our support as suggested kglad team and I also recommend you to erase files in "/ tmp" folder and reinstall the program.

  If it does not, please create a new admin user account and try to install it there.

  Update of Windows KB2918614 to the Windows Installer Service because of similar problems with other software.  You might want to try to remove this update (it will be installed near the time you started to have this problem).  Restart and try again to install the Adobe application.

  Please see the FAQ section of this link: download and install Adobe Creative Cloud applications

  NOTE: We suggest to install your application on the main drive, but you can configure the destination of installation of in creative cloud application preferences.

  Please note that there will always be shared resources stored on your primary drive, more during the installation process will be also created temporary files on your main drive.

  If you have already installed apps, you need to uninstall and make the changes to the location in Creative Cloud Desktop app after that reboot the machine and now reinstall your apps and you need to install on the new location selected.

  Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL permissions can help... said yet, but sometimes it is necessary for all Adobe programs (this is same as using an administrator account)

  Worked on this all day. I tried all solutions workaround. I give up now. Adobe you beat me. I can't use your headlight paid subscription on my computer windows 8.1. I won't try to fix more, I feel that I did my little.  I will continue with CC on my laptop W7 until I can get the place alternatives and then I will leave CC forever. Well done Adobe!

  I'm sorry for the inconvinience caused to you. Please try the below mentioned steps to solve the problem.

  If please access this location and rename it OOBE OOBE.old folder starting from these locations.

  C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe

  C:\Users\(your username) \AppData\Local\Adobe

  If above steps is not the problem then, please try to create a new Admin user account and try to install CC desktop applications here.
