Well, then I had this problem since I went to El Capitan.
I tried to reset things ACL, migrating to a new user account, re - install the operating system, (among others) and nothing helped.

I tried everything and cannot activate spell check in Outlook Hotmail.

I created a pdf document using Adobe Acrobat XI base and want to put a link on each page, return to the table of contents. It is difficult to understand, from your description, what is your problem. What is your view or is it a slow response? When computers are running OK in Mode safe mode but not in Normal Mode, it is usually caused by a program that runs at startup in Normal Mode but not in Mode without failure. To debug this type of problem, you must use "msconfig" to enable / disable startup items until you find the source of the problem.

Windows Update tried to install "10 updates important" for several days, and all have failed to install. I have tried everything I can even, at one point, purchase ImproveSpeed that one of the web pages of Microsoft directed me, claiming that would fix it.
