  I recommend Windows 10 jump.  It is a rather unpleasant decommissioning of Windows 8 and 7.  Stick to one of these.

  You did not say what service pack you have installed, but I guess not SP3. Try to upgrade to SP3 and then try again.

  If you have Service Pack 1 has already been installed on your computer, you can go ahead and install Service pack 3

  Otherwise, you must download and install Service Pack 2.

  And later, you must install Service pack 3.

  Service pack 1 and service pack 2 Service pack 1 has joined in.
