  If you have purchased a retail package, it should include the disk for Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. Otherwise, you can download a backup copy at the following link and use the same product key that allows you to enable the 32-bit version.   The driver seems to be the cause of the crash is the WinFLAdrv.sys:

  The WinFLAdrv.sys is a driver of Folder Lock.

  To update or, if necessary, uninstall Folder Lock and see if the error resolves.

  I might also suggest to update Avast to the latest version.

  The WinFLAdrv.sys was originally the same mistake here and Uninstall Folder Lock helped.

• Windows Media delete TV shows recorded everything on its own - how to stop this?

  Windows Media Center has been removed for no reason at all, and TV shows recorded ALL (lots!) of recorded television shows.

  I have my settings set to keep all the shows, until I have delete, however what has happened a few times where everthing will be deleted / removed from the file without request - it deletes right before your eyes!

  If you run a search in Windows 7 from the Start Menu search box, the search string is not saved in the search box. This is normal.

  However, if you are looking for using the search box on the upper right corner of the Windows Explorer window, the search string is saved in the search box and stays there until you delete it or close the Windows Explorer window.

  I understand that the system restore takes a long time to restore your computer.

  System restore usually takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on the size of the data has changed since the date of the restoration up to the date where the restoration is underway.
  If the computer is blocked, do a hard reset. Press the power button for about 10 seconds. Once the computer shuts down, stop and try again and follow the steps.

  Follow the steps mentioned below and perform a restore of the system from the Windows recovery environment. Check if it helps.

  (a) Insert the disc to install 8 Windows; Click on repair your system.
  (b) click the Advanced Boot Options.
  (c) click Start Windows settings.
  (d) If you are prompted, press any key to start Windows from the installation disc.
  ((e) (f) If you are using the Windows installation disc, click on system restore.
  (f) click about to restore during which the system worked very well.
  (g) click on apply, click OK.

  This is not sound like Thunderbird. This looks like an add-on, perhaps from an anti virus.
