I have windows vista home premium 32 bit service pack 2 (never been able to restart in safe mode)
I was never able to restart in safe mode, he comes back and automatically restarts and begins normal mode.
The issue I'm having is that I tried to start my computer on my regular account and also I tried to start it on the built in Administrator account and both directions after I login I get a screen dead (black on the administrator account and purple on ordinary account) and it is just here doing nothing.
I tried for hours now. I read on possibly DΘmarrer on chest done but then it is my dilemma it will not load and it has never loaded in SafeMode since day 1.
Thanks Bill Gates for such a piece of c r a p like windows vista.
Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
Thank you!
PS: don't know if this helps, but this computer is an Acer Aspire 5810TZ-4657

If it doesn't, try a startup repair and / or a system restore using a DVD of Vista from Microsoft
Manufacturers recovery disks normally do not have Service Options; they are normally a relocation to the factory only settings option.
Here is the guide to repair Options using a Vista DVD from Microsoft.
If a friend or a work acquantance of yours has one, you can borrow and use it for repairs.

If you do not or can not borrow a Microsoft DVD there is a download of a file ISO of Vista Startup Repair available that you can put on a Bootable floppy to make the above startup repair and that the method is recommended by a large number of posters in these Forums.
Unfortunately, you have to buy it.

The Adobe Connect Add-in crashes when I try to share the screen (office) in Windows Vista Home Premium (32 - bit) Service Pack 2. I get the error message with the title "Adobe Connect Add-in has stopped working". The message said: "a problem caused blocking the program works correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. "The only button I can click on is"close the program ". I made sure that the screen resolution is a multiple of 16 ("1280 by 768 pixels"), as this article says. I use Adobe Connect 9 with the 'named price model host. Does anyone have the solution to this problem? Thank you.
Do not know what could cause the problem, but Vista is not an operating system, for what it's worth.

I suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the Flash Player and see if it helps Uninstall Flash Player | Windows.
It looks like not the resolution of the screen is the problem, as you mentioned, it should be something else. I would also recommend that you check your video drivers to see if there is an update, because who could help.

A few days ago I pressed the space bar to wake up my (HP pavilion m8100n) office, and I met several things at once:1. the icon of the internet was just two monitors blinks back2. a box pops up saying "an audio input jack has been disconnected" (when NO such thing has happened!) and now I have no sound and just an "x"symbol next to the symbol of volume." I tried connect headphones, still no sound at all.3. my wireless mouse works most completely (again, I don't have anything) I had to use my Intuos3 Tablet mouse click autour. Then I restarted the computer, unplugged and replugged the usb for wireless mouse thing, solved #3.
#2 is still pending.#1 takes a strange turn. The computer more remained in mode 'sleep', even if I told him to go to mode 'sleep', and every time he woke up upward, I had no internet (just two monitors flashing back and forth.)I went to the Device Manager and unchecked the box that allows the computer to disable internet to save energy, at least now when it comes out of sleep, he maintains the internet. The computer also doesn't stop- every now and again, he normally stops when I said to, but more often now I have to force it to close hold the button down. The question of the internet has gotten worse. While we had a few problems because of the company's Internet, we called and it is resolved.I know the router is not the problem because that all computer laptop in the House can connect to him easily. My computer always had problems with wireless cards, is also connected to the router via e-thernet.The only way I can work around the issue now is to stop (be it by asking the computer to stop or forcing), from, he and hope I get internet. If I don't have internet and instead just get the flashing monitors symbol, I tried to tell the computer to restart, but this does not resolve the issue. When it restarts, there not even internet.I still close, wait and start again, and * hope * I have internet. When I have no internet, and I'm trying to diagnose and repair, it always ends up by saying "Windows cannot solve this problem."When I click on network and sharing Center, he says that I'm connected to a 'network unidentified' - which is meaningless, because when the internet works, it says that I'm connected to the private network of our House.I tried Googling autour, but I really can't find someone else who has the problem as well as the problem of the e-thernet restart/stop.Any help with this would be massively appreciated, I do commissions online my source of income and I need this computer to work, because it's my graphic computer.(I've included all this other info in case it helped to identify the problem.)All my ports usb does not as well, I found this http://www.online-tech-tips.com/computer-tips/usb-device-not-recognized/ and it seems to have fixed everything! I have a right problem, my computer laptop need to format I have product key for windows vista home basic 32 bit service pack 2 but no cd, please help me
Hello
There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.
You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.
They should do this for a small fee.
And if you have never received a recovery disk when you bought your computer, there should be a recovery Partition on the hard drive to reinstall Vista on how you purchased your computer.
The recovery process can be started by pressing a particular combination of the key or keys at startup. (Power on / start)
Maybe it's F10, F11, Alt + F10, etc., depending on the manufacturer.
Ask them to the proper key sequence.
And if you do not score a manufacturer of recovery on your hard drive, you should be able to make your own recovery from her disks to reinstall the operating system.
Go to programs > name of the manufacturer of your computer > then their system or recovery tools software topics for them, depending on how it is formulated.
If you can't find any reference to it, contact the manufacturer for advice on how to make these recovery disks
Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.

Hello
1. are you facing problems during the installation of Windows update?
2. don't you make changes to the computer until the problem occurred?
I suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps.
Method 1: Try to put your computer in a clean boot state, and check to see if the same problem happens.
By setting your boot system minimum state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem.
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or Windows 7:
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135Note: After the boot minimum troubleshooting step, follow step 7 in the link provided to return the computer to a Normal startup mode.
Method 2: Try to scan your computer for the Microsoft Security Scanner, which would help us to get rid of viruses, spyware and other malicious software.
The Microsoft Security Scanner is a downloadable security tool for free which allows analysis at the application and helps remove viruses, spyware and other malware. It works with your current antivirus software.
http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx
Note: The Microsoft Safety Scanner ends 10 days after being downloaded. To restart a scan with the latest definitions of anti-malware, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again.
Hope this information is useful.

Recent problem with very slow internet browsing on all browsers Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit
Separated from this thread.
Hi all I'm having the same issues as Theresa in the thread above split. I have Vista Home Premium 32 bit service Pack 2 with all the installed updates (automatically done!). Within 3 months, this PC at home that was formerly an excellent navigation device became very slow when you browse using IE, Firefox or Chrome. It takes 30 to 50 seconds to load any web page (Yahoo, eBay, etc.). I followed all the instructions suggested to Theresa in SafeMode by Bill Smithers. Resulted in nothing other than a few cookies and Wetherbug I killed. I also run McAfee total protection and Spybot S & D every 3 days with nothing found.
I have reset my browsers to the specifications of the factory without change.
Comcast is my internet provider high speed and my speedtest returns 65 - 75 MB/s download and 11 Mbit/s upload very regularly. I connect directly to the bridge. I had Comcast out and they swapped unity Arris of a unit of Cisco beefier but that changes nothing. Other devices on my network domestic perform very well and do not have this problem.
When I browse a site the CPU spikes up to 88% use in 45 seconds and is stable at 50% usage 1.7 GB memory.
The only thing I can infer is at this time that something happened to the operating system during automatic updates or some other setting has been changed. I could use any help or suggestions you may have! Otherwise, I love this OS and have not had any problems. Thanks, Dhoffa

Hi, my OS is Windows Vista Home Edition 32 bit Service Pack 2 - installed on XP by the owner without first unintalling XP. Although my Device Manager lists the mini-map Dell Wireless WLAN 1395 as working properly, what Windows says that it has stopped working correctly because the driver installed is not compatible with my current operating system (just one of the many questions). Although I can get online wireless most of the time, IE and Google Chrome often freeze and there are a few minutes, I got a blue screen - not for the first time - that shut down Windows. I note the other error message information that a fatal error has occurred that required Windows stops, so am not sure that the two problems are related or not. I tried to find a compatible driver for what I assume is a WLAN Mini card for the original XP OS on the compatibility of Vista site, but there is no driver is listed for the Dell Wireless WLAN mini-map 1395.
I have the Vista installation CD, but not the verification code necessary to reinstall. It will appear somewhere on this computer under the program or the ancillary system (information) available to administrators?
Just out of curiosity, there is a feature of rectangular white USB printed with the name "Biogear" attached to one of my ports, although he is not listed among devices on my computer since the computer laptop original owner died and I can not ask what is its purpose or what program it was meant to facilitate. I tried to remove it and it came out (the envelope detached the part inserted into the USB port) without affecting my ability to access the Internet wireless. An internet search has a line of golf apparel and a few articles in German... Any ideas? Thanks, Lara
If the original owner installed Vista on XP, you need to reformat and do a fresh install of Vista or you will continually have problems multipling. If the original owner is an update from XP to Vista it is OK. However, the problems that you're seen suggest the original owner installed Vista on XP. Verification code (if found on the computer) will not be for Vista but for XP. As long as your operating system is installed, you can retrieve the key with Free Key finder software, do a search and you will find them on the internet. Also if you have the CD and ask for a new key to Microsoft you will get it at a very low price, I don't know no current tax, was $ $10,00. Since you are not the original owner (and the first owner died) both of these options may not be totally legal, unless you can provide proof of purchase or the person deseased was a member of the family.
