  Good news! I just finished my downloaded the trial and everything was good, once I have configured StopZilla on my computer.

  So I tried to download adobe Premiere elements 12 and after I did, I've seen Akamai Net Session Interface in my applications. I don't know her so I uninstalled it but apparently I needed.
