  1. you receive an error message while trying to install the webcam? If so, then post back the exact error message.
  2 are you able to install any other software?

  Try to capture the error message on blue screen and after return the exact error message. This could help us help you better.

  Step 1: Try to install the webcam software in clean boot state and check.

  From your computer by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine if a background program is interfering with your game or program. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot".

  Thanks for posting on the Forum of Microsoft Answeres.  Given that this only happens with these games the first thing I would say is to check that there is nothing wrong with the media.  Make sure that the disc is clean and have no scratches.  Then, create a folder on your desktop and copy one of the game CD in the folder and run Setup from the folder.  Try them and let us know the results.
