If you're on a Mac, go to your Applications folder and run it from there. Alternatively, you can search in search Spotlight.
If you are on a Windows, navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 (or any version of Premiere Pro, you can use). Alternatively, you can look in Windows Start Search or search in all programs

Go to preferences > Performance tab and uncheck the option "use graphics processor. Adobe is aware of this problem and are studying, but in the meantime to uncheck this option should your unit develop problems.

I'm trying to install Adobe CS6 Master Collection, but when I click on install it says that Adobe installation is already running when in fact it is not. I double checked my window to leave and my activity monitor that is not executed. What should I do?

I'm not really an expert Mac, we might need some experts Mac to chime in here.
It's probably a background process and not an application. If anything, I think that you will find in the activity monitor.
If this does not help, you can also try the following:
1. reboot and try to install again (you've probably done already)
2. start in safe mode and then try to install.

Pattie, I'm having the same problem. However I am sure that I am in my OS ID and not my Adobe ID. The box disappears (as opposed to shaking when evil) and then comes back blank. No idea how I can fix this problem?

You can try to disable the password of connection for a while and check if that passes through, Alternatively, you can try to create a user admin account and check if the installation is complete and share the results.
