Pattie, I'm having the same problem. However I am sure that I am in my OS ID and not my Adobe ID. The box disappears (as opposed to shaking when evil) and then comes back blank. No idea how I can fix this problem?

You can try to disable the password of connection for a while and check if that passes through, Alternatively, you can try to create a user admin account and check if the installation is complete and share the results.

It's probably your operating system that requires the password. Try to enter that instead and see if it works.

I realized that I had a message to update for a while then when I checked, I found that the app CC was missing. I downloaded and installed the application, but it will not update of software. In the creative cloud Panel, the only options I get are the Home tab to check the activity and the Stock tab. The applications tab is missing. How can I get that back so I can update photoshop and lightroom?

I wonder if anyone knows why I get 0x8024001e error while trying to update applications or installation of new applications in the app Store of Windows, because it is really frustrating. I use FF25 on Windows 7. When I go to Pandora and Grooveshark I get error messages telling me that I need to install a newer version of Flash (v. 10 or later). I downloaded and installed (I think) Flash repeatedly, but I still get this error message. (Btw, I got the same message with IE, but I installed Flash for that and all right.) I read somewhere that I need to download the latest version of Real Player so that Flash to work. I did, but get the same error messages. I'm not tech savvy and don't know what to do now.
You don't seem to have the correct Adobe Flashplayer installed for Firefox. It is not in the list of Plugins with your question (Shockwave Flash followed by the version #). It can also be disabled in Add-ons > Plugins.
