  2. use the Windows or Windows Photo Gallery live photo gallery?

  3. you receive an error message when you try to view the images uploaded using Windows Photo Gallery?

  4. are you having similar problem when displaying any other picture using Windows Photo Gallery?

  If you use Windows live photo gallery, then I would say that you post your question in the forums of Windows live.

  • In Lightroom try checking / unchecking "Store Presets with catalog" and check if your Presets appear.
  • Select Preferences > Presets
