  You should check with the person who arranged the subscription to see what are the conditions for individual users.  Normally, an individual subscription license allows to have two machines with working facilities.  I don't know if the same applies to a subscription of volume / business.

  Hello, in regard to a PDF file, you may want to try the extension pdf.js (there could be still some bugs, but it is under very active development) - it makes PDF files with common web technology & shouldn't trap keyboard focus...

  I want to newly created sync a PDF in iBooks for iPad in the Air using iTunes12, but iTunes12 refuses to see the newly created PDF files. iTunes12 can see the old pdf files, but not newly created pdf made in the last week. I deleted the PDFs to iBooks and added to the iBooks library. I deleted iTunes .xml file and restarted iTunes12. I deleted all the files to iTunes and iBooks plist and then restarted the iMac.

  iTunes12 cannot sync a PDF to my iPad Air unless she sees the pdf in iBooks. Why iTunes has started to refuse to see new PDFs that I add to iBooks.

  I'm writing this in case others have had the same problem, I had and it was impossible to restore.

  When I pressed "del" and got the installer, I looked in the first box, product information.

  This info was typed in a field of google search on a working pc, and I discovered that I could restore my pc by pressing the ALT key and pressing F8 repeatedly. It will work for Acer Asprire anyway. Just an idea for all those who were distraught as I was and knew nothing about the restoration or what my pc really was. I was lucky and got my restored xp, it works ok and I enjoy it once more.

  I did several lyrical videos in Premiere Pro, using photographs, an audio track, and then put the words of text on the pictures in the place where they are, sang in the audio track.  Well, it worked every time.  Yesterday, I started to make a video using invisible pixels, and when I arrived to do the titles, I had problems.  After that, I created, I was unable to drag in the timeline.  I've tried all kinds of ways to run and watched a lot of discussions and online videos to YouTube, but could not operate.  I assumed he might have because I was using gifs, but I couldn't see how it would make a difference that you can add titles to videos.  Today I tried to make a short video using just still photos and an audio, just to see if things work as they did in the videos of previoul that I had done.  There is always a problem.  I could make titles, and this time I managed to drag a title in the timeline panel, but it would not appear while the video played at the top of the window on the right, as he did when I did the videos before and would be the only show when I clicked on the title and then I see the image with the text.  What I've noticed, is that already when I was doing titles, there was once a sort of background check when I was typing in the text, whereas now, it seems that let me do this in the picture.  Obviously something has changed, but I don't know what.  I want to be able made just the timeline, drag the title element and then play the video and see the text and the song I could before, so it is easy to see how to set the duration of the title element.  Has anyone seen this problem before?  Thanks, Elaine

  I just export the video without the titles, then dragged into a new project and I did just the first title and managed to drag in the timeline, so things work like they were before I had the problem. Think it was something as simple as the background, but guess I'll never know.  Spends hours on troubleshooting.  Thanks for help.  Take care, Elaine

• Clipping mask will not work on PDF or print

  I have a file which has applied a clipping mask. When sent to print or read in PDF format the clipping mask does not work.

  It resembles a well-organized file, but if you go in the tracks mode it looks like a file of hell :-)

  The problem seems to be caused by clipping masks which are made from a unique anchor point.

  Unlock all layers. Choose the command selection > objects > stray Points and remove them.

  The features of problem will become visible, as well as in Acrobat.

  

• The references in the table FM titles do not work in PDF format

  I use FrameMaker 8.0p277.

  I have inserted many links to titles of the Table in a book. They work when I Ctrl + Alt click in the FrameMaker file. However, none of them work in the PDF file.

  All other cross-references of the position of the styles and the URLs work well, it's only the headings of table who fail.

  I tried to check the styles of paragraph and character for the traps that I was taken by those from before, but there seems to be none.

  Please try then. Note: it is generally recommended to have this option when you create interactive PDFs of FM. Post-processing routines tend to be a tad aggressive and remove valid links.

  2. What is the brand and model number of the card its installed on the computer?

  If the sound does not only work on Skype then I suggest you to post your query in the Forums of Skype.
