However, lately every time I try to connect my phone with laptop there is a prompt of "unable to connect" on my phone & nothing in my lap top. I went on Panel--> device Bluetooth--> Bluetooth settings & discovered that the box 'Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer' is not checked, but whenever I have to check it & say OK it gives an error that says "AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE WINDOWS SAVES YOUR SETTINGS . THE BLUETOOTH DEVICE MAY BE DISCONNECTED. "THE FOLLOWING SETTINGS WERE NOT SAVED: PARAMETERS of DETECTABILITY & CONNECTION SETTINGS".
  I tried to "RESTORE DEFAULT settings", but there was no help!
  Someone please help... I lose on many not be able to connect to the Bluetooth.

  2. click on Add a printer.

  4. in the list of available printers, select the one you want to use, and then click Next. If your computer is connected to a network, only printers listed in Active Directory for your domain are displayed in the list.
  5. If prompted, install the printer driver on your computer. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
  6. follow the steps in the wizard and then click Finish.
