I just installed Firefox for the first time (v9.0.1) & could not save all of the bookmarks. I don't get an error message and it looks like my saved bookmark but when I watch my favorites, there is nothing there.

  Problem: send an email, I get an error message and the email is not put in the sent items folder while the email (and attachments, if any) are successfully delivered to the recipient.

  The full error message is always useful, but I'm sure you have damaged dbx files.

  Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox and then create new folders to send and sent items box after having moved the messages you want to save to a local folder that you create.

  Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

  In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

  With OE closed, find the DBX files for the items in the Outbox and sent and delete them.  New ones will be created automatically when you open OE.

  After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.

  Click Outlook Express at the top of the the folder tree so no folders are open. Then: File | Work offline (or double-click on work online in the status bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.

  General precautions for Outlook Express:

  Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

  InDesign CS4 can open the .indd files, .indt and .inx from earlier versions, but not from later. It should, however, be able to open files saved or exported to more recent versions, .idml being understood than non support for features will be lost, text will likely reflow due to differences in the engines of texts between versions and more the gap between versions more likely, there must be significant differences from the original. You need to be sure that CS4 is at version 7.0.6 read the .idml.

  We recommend that you restart the computer before start you the installation of update. If the problem persists, then reregister the Installer engine. To do this, try the following steps:
  a. Click Start, click Accessories and then click command prompt.
  b. at the command prompt, type the following and press ENTER after each line:
  MSIExec /Unregister
  MSIExec/regserver
  c. check the difference.

• I don't get an error message when the night falls down.

  Recently, my browser crashes a lot, but I don't get any error reports or whatever it is asking me to send a report to Mozilla.

  Is not necessarily all the time, but in cases like this when there are problems with the 64-bit version, then you should check if this happens also with the 32-bit version on your computer as part of the basis of troubleshooting (reinstall 32-bit clean, new profile, etc.)

  You have a Snapfish account? If so, try to connect by clicking on the icon of Snapfish under Sign In (where it says sign with another account).

  If you do not already have of account Snapfish AND it still won't let you not sign in ePrint with it, go to Snapfish.com login page and click on "forgotten password". This way you can reset it. Once you have reset your password, while waiting for the e-mail to reset, then try to connect to ePrint center again using the login to Snapfish.

  This is probably due to a mismatch between what is in the message store and which think that the database is in the message store.  Try to compact and repair the database and see if that fixes the problem.  See www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/

  It may be a bad plugin. Try disabling all plugins, then by restarting LR.  To disable the plugins:

  1 file > plug-in Manager

  2. Select a plugin in the left column.

  3. in the right column, scroll down to the Status section.

  4. If necessary, expand the section status by clicking on the triangle to the left of the 'status '.

  5. click on disable.
