  Thank you for your message.  To clarify, this printer has worked in the past?  If so, has anything changed recently to include the hardware, software or updates?  If this is a recent problem please try these suggestions.  First, try a system restore to a point when it finally worked.  Click HERE for instructions.  If system restore doesn't fix your problem, then go to the printer manufacturer's website and download/install the latest driver for your printer.

  Thank you for your message.  To clarify, you are able to print out your design program?  You can try to perform a clean boot and printing of your design program.  A clean boot will start your computer without any 3rd party applications, you can then start your design software and test the printing functionality.  If you are able to print, the problem may be caused by another application of part 3.  Click HERE for instructions to boot.

  Hi, recently when I start my laptop I get the following pop-up message: lack of C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\LXCItime.dll entry: RunDLLEntry.

  The only new program, I installed was a Lexmark printer, contacted Lexmark and with the help of a tech has established that the driver was installed correctly and it says that the pop-up message was a Windows problem.

  It isn't the mistake that you've actually seen, is it?  It helps when you post the full error message without paraphrase.

'. "," error loading... or "specific module could not be found"message is usually related to the malware that has been configured to run at startup, but has been removed. "" Windows attempts to load this file but cannot locate it given that the file was most likely deleted during a scan anti-virus or anti-malware.
