I keep getting asked to update my Adobe Creative Cloud membership payment, when I already have updated it

I've updated my Adobe Creative Cloud membership again,

and when I go on my Adobe account management page, the plans that I have subscribed to have contributed for a year ending next year

why I still get updates by e-mail asking an another update?

Verify your subscription again, Adobe ID

mainly to confirm the adobe id used to subscribe.

    I received an email a few minutes earlier, declaring these:

    Action required: Your Adobe Creative cloud membership has been suspended

    Your creative cloud membership will be passed to free at the end of the next billing period because we were able to charge the credit card. Update your payment information to your paid subscription.

    My credit card information is valid so that this email should not have been sent.

    I was asked to click on a link in the body of the e-mail, in order to update my payment information for CC.

    In view of the breach of huge customer info, I decided to connect to the CC page instead and review my payment information there.

    When I tried to update, I received an error message saying that something was wrong on the side of Adobe.

    Can someone advise please? It becomes frustrating.

    Hello, I got a membership Adobe Muse and I changed it to full Adobe Creative cloud membership. The problem is when I connect to catalyst for business and try to push live a second site, he said as follows: Your Adobe Creative Cloud membership has reached its limit for hosted sites.

    each single-user license, it's just that, for a single user and can not (legally) be shared between two different users.

    programs of CC can be installed on pc or mac.  each user can install on an unlimited number of computers, but can only connect to, at most, two computers at a time.  These 2 computers can be 2 pcs, 2 macs, or one of each.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud apps crash when opening files in El Capitan

    I've upgraded to Mac OS 10.11.3 El Capitan. My old Adobe suite CS5 was already summary in the older operating system so I've upgraded to Adobe Creative Cloud 2015 (Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, Acrobat, etc.). Illustrator crashes when saving an image that is 'save for web' (Image open/save for web/change to save for web window / click on 'save' / crash). Photoshop crashes when you try to open the document (open Photoshop/Open - either from 'Open' in the home screen or "open" in menu bar/folder window open / click on the folder or file/crash ""). Acrobat opens but crashes after clicking on 'Open', has to be force quit. Dreamweaver does not open. InDesign crashes at unpredictable points of key strokes at first. I have not tried all the applications, but the entire suite CC is unusable. I'm many threads and problems with Apple and Adobe, but can't find the answer.

    That has not helped Bani but thanks for the suggestion. I went on the Chat with Adobe support and up to now have dates back to an apple problem, not Adobe. That the problem does not recur when we open a new user account and allows to open programs. Now I will try to fix my user account and I'll follow up with the results.

  • Revel Adobe let us carry to Lightroom, but Adobe Creative Cloud is only 20 GB, I have 65 GB of data to Revel. How did this be an option?

    I have both have Adobe Revel Premium membership and subscription Adobe Creative Cloud. Revel Adobe tells me to download all my data stored at Revel (that's 65 GB for me) and download back to Lightroom creative cloud. Adobe should be automatically if it gives more service for subscribers. Download and upload again seems absurd. As creative cloud gives only 20 GB of storage, how will I be able to achieve?

    I apologize for the confusion.

    Sync Creative cloud photography Plan previews smart mobile usage and the originals are stored locally by the user. Smart insights are much smaller that the original then your collection will probably be good in the cloud space, creative photography Plan Cloud offers (as the originals are not in the cloud). Adobe plans on providing storage cloud for original photos through Lightroom in the future.

    When you install the first Pro CC 2014 Media Encoder CC 2014 is included as part of the installation and will appear in the Start Menu (Win) or Applications (Mac) after the installation folder.     I see you have membership individual creative cloud on your account, it shouldn't ask for serial number, but it's still, you can try the below mentioned steps.

    Go to HOSTS file and remove all entries from Adobe that you see there. Location for the file to be: -.

    Windows:-C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

    Mac:-menu go to the desktop > go to folder > then type "/ etc" (this will open a folder with many files, you will see HOSTS, drag on the desktop, open the remove entries from adobe and reglisser its original position)

    Post that go sign out and sign in again the creative cloud desktop application and try to use the product.

    It should solve your problem.
